Experts are encouraging those still hoping to camp at Hoosier National Forest during the eclipse to do the following:
Practice responsible recreation when setting up dispersed campsites
Use existing lots for vehicle parking only
Do not obstruct traffic, block gates or create resource damage when parking
Set up campsites off the road
Remove all personal belongings, including trash, upon leaving
Ensure campfires have been properly extinguished
